The Truth And TheWay
In the Gospel of Matthew the term "outer darkness" is used three times in conjunction with the fate of the Jews who did not seek to walk in TheWay. The man who had come to TheCall, and had failed to put on the required wedding garment of consecrated purity, was bound hand and foot and cast into the abyss and confusion of this world -- i.e., "So he said to him, 'Friend, how did you come in here without a wedding garment?' And he was speechless. Then the king said to the servants, 'Bind him hand and foot, take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.' For many are called, but few are chosen" (Matt 22:12-14 NKJ). Yet, because they adhere to the doctrines of Pagan Rome, the modern Church emphatically states that Jesus deceived the people with this parable, because it demonstrates the importance that the believers actions play in their salvation. In like manner, the servant who put his talent into the earth, instead of multiplying what he had received was also cast into the "outer darkness" (Mat 25:14-30).
It is important that we ask the question: What is the "outer darkness"? What it represents is the outer dimensions of mind and consciousness that is associated with the natural organic mind of man. With respect to this condition of mind and being, the scriptures warn that it is the reason why the people of this world will look upon the Mysteries of God as utter "foolishness"!!! All of us are equally the Prodigal Sons and Daughters of our Heavenly Father. We are presently dwelling in the "far country" -- dwelling under the power of what the parable portrays as the "citizen" of this world. Paul called it the god of this world. The first Spiritual Christians called it the Demiurge, because this Power of the Left Hand is the creator of illusion that keeps the Prodigal Sons and Daughters as slaves to the things of this world. And as the prodigal sons who dwell in the "far country... outer darkness" of mind and being, all of mankind dwells in a state of ignorance with respect to the inner reality of his soul and spiritual natures -- as well as the Inner Kingdom (Lk 17:20-21) -- because he has been cast into what the Bible calls the "outer darkness" of consciousness. And because the lost prodigal sons and daughters dwell in the "outer darkness" of mind and being -- under the control of the god of this world -- failing to remember when they dwelt in the Kingdom of the Father -- Jesus could only speak to them about the higher reality of the soul and the Mysteries of the Inner Kingdom, in parables -- i.e., "And the disciples came and said to Him, Why do You speak to them in parables? He answered and said to them, Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given. For whoever has, to him more will be given, and he will have abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him. Therefore I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand. And in them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says: 'Hearing you will hear and shall not understand, and seeing you will see and not perceive; For the hearts of this people have grown dull. Their ears are hard of hearing, and their eyes they have closed, lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, lest they should understand with their hearts and turn, so that I should heal them'" (Matt 13:10-15 NKJ).
What did Jesus discuss only with his core disciples that could not be revealed to the multitude of people who could only be taught in parables? While the foundational concepts of these teachings and concepts that was beyond the perception of those whose carnal mindset and lifestyle caused them to be dull of hearing with eyes that cannot see and minds that cannot comprehend is explored in detail in the article http://TheThreeLies.com , to even maintain that these important teachings could be revealed in the literal text of the Gospels, is the absolute folly of the modern Church that continues to preach the pagan doctrine that the believers actions and lifestyle does not matter -- and their carnal mindset has no significance upon their perception and understanding. Jesus taught that there is One Teacher (see The Inner Search For The True Prophet/Son of God) -- but to learn directly from the Indwelling Logos, it is absolutely necessary to live the Consecrated Life in TheWay and become transformed into the Final Temple. And this is why Jesus warned that the judgment of the complacent believer will be far greater, than the unbelievers -- and why only those who pick up their own cross in imitation of the pattern, can enter into Life -- i.e., "And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it" (Matt 10:38-39 NKJ)
I am just a witness to the Truth and TheWay that the Church has rejected. Quoting The Ten Words: If God intended Jesus to be a one time perpetual sacrifice for the sins of man, then it never would have been stated that "...it is impossible to restore again to repentance those who ...then commit apostasy, since they crucify the Son of God on their own account and hold him up to contempt.. For if we sin deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful prospect of judgment, and a fury of fire which will consume the adversaries." (Heb 6:4-6;10:26-27 RSV). What this means is that the religion of Jesus in its original form was one of spiritual transformation -- and those who willfully sin, crucify the Son of God afresh, and "...there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful prospect of judgment, and a fury of fire which will consume the adversaries." This is why Paul stated with respect to continue to living a sinful life: “But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid. For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor†(Gal 2:17-18 KJV). Which confirms the alternate ending of the Gospel of Mark which reads: "This Age of lawlessness and unbelieving lies under the sway of Satan, who will not allow what lies under the unclean spirits to understand the truth and power of God; therefore, they said to Christ, reveal your righteousness now. Christ answered them, The term of years for Satan's power has now expired, but other terrors are at hand. I was delivered to death on behalf of sinners, that they might return to the truth and sin no more, that they might inherit that glory of righteousness which is spiritual and imperishable in heaven" (Moffatt, quoting Gospel Of Mark in Codex W - Also quoted by St. Jerome as being the authentic ending of the Gospel of Mark).
In a surviving excerpt of what has been historically known as the Gospel According to the Hebrews, which was reported to be the "original version of Matthew" that was composed in the Hebrew Characters, it was written: "If ye be in my bosom and do not the will of my Father which is in heaven, out of my bosom will I cast you away". In the late nineteenth century a library of scriptures was uncovered which is today known as the Oxyrhynchus Papyri -- wherein this verse is found reading: "Though ye be gathered together with me in my bosom, if ye do not my commandants, I will cast you forth". This same verse of scripture is quoted in what is historically known as the 2nd Epistle of Clement, where it is written: "Let us, then, not only call Him Lord, for that will not save us. For He saith, 'Not every one that saith to me, Lord, Lord, shall be saved, but he that worketh righteousness' …For this reason… the Lord hath said, 'Even though ye were gathered together to me in my very bosom, yet if ye were not to keep my commandments, I would cast you off, and say unto you, Depart from me; I know you not whence ye are, ye workers of iniquity". What these verses mean is that if you continue to sin after coming to Messiah/Christ, that you are an apostate to the teachings of TheWay, and "...there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful prospect of judgment, and a fury of fire which will consume the adversaries."
